Yes. For most services we have a standard $25 cancellation fee for the first missed appointment, if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment. Please refer to your intake paperwork for the exact details for your practitioner/appointment. Thank you!

Yes, we do! We bill directly to most insurance plans. However, it is best that you check directly with your insurance carrier prior to your visit to see if they allow direct billing. 

Yes, our practioners accept these claims. Please call the office to book a consultation, and we will be happy to assist you!

We don't offer online booking for all practitioners, but feel free to call us or go to the 'Contact' page to reach out and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Although some services require a doctor's note in order to bill your benefits (sometimes massage, orthotics, compression stockings), you do not need a referral for booking appointments with us!  For benefits questions, it's always a good idea to check with your provider and they can tell you if/when you require a doctor's note for billing, however we are always happy to book your visits, anytime!
